We provide three ways to access lotuspelangi on mobile: Android APK download, iOS browser access, and web app. Each path offers the same account, balance, and payment integration — choose the method that suits your device.

Getting started on lotuspelangi takes four steps: download the APK or open the browser link, install or bookmark the app, create or log in to your account, and start accessing markets.

- Install: On Android, tap the APK file and follow the install prompt (you may need to enable "Unknown sources" in Settings); on iOS and web, bookmark or add to home screen.
- Register or log in: Create a new account with your email, username, password, and mobile number, or log in if you already have a lotuspelangi account.
- Start accessing: Verify your email, add a payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), and begin viewing markets.
App versus browser experience
Our native Android app offers offline caching — you can view market rules and account history without an internet connection. Push notifications alert you to Liga 1 kickoff times, live-dealer table openings, and withdrawal confirmations. The app also loads faster than the browser on slower connections and uses less data. Browser access on iOS and web is equally secure and feature-complete; the trade-off is that you rely on an active internet connection and do not receive push notifications. Both paths sync your account balance, transaction history, and payment methods in real time.

Device compatibility
We support Android 7 and above on all devices. For iOS, our browser-based access works on iOS 12 and above — no app store download is required. Web access works on all modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and tablet. If your device is older than Android 7 or iOS 12, you can still access lotuspelangi via a modern mobile browser, though some features may be limited.
Common installation issues
If you see a warning about "Unknown sources" on Android, go to Settings → Security and enable "Unknown sources" to allow APK installation. If your browser shows a certificate warning, this is normal for direct APK downloads — proceed with the installation. If the app crashes on launch, clear your app cache (Settings → Apps → lotuspelangi → Storage → Clear Cache) and restart. If you cannot download the APK, check your internet connection and ensure you have at least 50 MB of free storage. For persistent issues, contact our support team through your account dashboard.
Data, permissions, and account security
Our app requests only essential permissions: internet access to connect to our servers, and storage access to cache offline data. We do not request access to your contacts, location, or camera. All communication between your device and lotuspelangi servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS. Your account credentials are stored securely on your device and never transmitted in plain text. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings for additional security. If you lose your device, log in to your lotuspelangi account from another device and change your password immediately — this will log out all other sessions.
